This weekend! -Reminder & Details for KAJJC First Meet-Up – June 6 & 7


Dear KAJJC Members,

Just a quick reminder about our first KAJJC meet-up happening in Atlanta! We’re excited to come together, connect, and build our community.

Event Details:
Date: June 6-7, 2025
Location: Kenny Kim Jiu Jitsu
800 Whitlock Ave #141
Marietta, GA 30064

Schedule of Events:

Friday, June 6th:

  • 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Informal introductions and No-Gi training session taught by Kenny Kim (light refreshments and finger foods will be provided)
  • 6:00 PM: Social Hour—Join us for dinner and drinks at Marietta Square Market

Saturday, June 7th:

  • 12:15 PM: Optional No-Gi class for those wanting extra training (before the official Gi session)
  • 2:30 PM: Introduction of the Korean American Jiu Jitsu Coalition, mission statement, self-introductions, and agenda overview
  • 3:30 PM: Gi training session taught by various black belts (If you're a black belt and would like to teach, please reach out!)
  • 7:00 PM: Social Hour—Dinner and drinks at a Korean BBQ. We will collect money to cover this meal together.

Everyone will receive a KAJJC T-shirt and a gift bag from CHIEF — a small token of appreciation for being part of this exciting community!
